Ingredients
- 1 bag of Simply Potatoes (hashbrowns)
- 1 lb Thick Cut bacon
- 1 lb of breakfast sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- 8 oz of shredded cheese (Triple Cheddar is recommended)
- 3-4 teaspoons Essential Blend seasoning
- 2 large tortillas
- 1-2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Preheat the griddle to about 350-375 degrees and add half of the cooking oil. Spread the hashbrowns in a single layer on the griddle and sprinkle with Essential Blend seasoning. Let them cook for approximately 3-5 minutes without touching or flipping them.
- Cook the bacon and sausage on the griddle according to your preference, then remove them from the griddle.
- Add butter to the griddle and let it melt. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the half and half.
- Cook the beaten eggs on the griddle and add the shredded cheese on top. Let the cheese melt, then remove the eggs from the griddle.
- Steam the tortillas slightly with a little water to make them pliable. Build the burrito by placing the cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns on the tortilla. Add some more shredded cheese, then wrap the burrito tightly.
- Place the wrapped burrito back on the griddle to toast the tortilla slightly.
- Remove the burrito from the griddle, slice it if desired, and enjoy! You can add some hot sauce to enhance the flavor.
