INGREDIENTS
- 8 Pork chops, thin
- 1Tb Black Pepper
- 1Tb Thyme, dried
- 1tsp Rosemary
- 1Tb Garlic Powder
- 2tspOnion Powder
- 1-2tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2tsp Paprika
- Worcestershire
- 1/2c AP Flour
- 2 Yellow Onions, medium sliced
- 1 White Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4c Butter
- Cooking Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season the chops generously with the seasonings listed. Season with salt according to size and thickness of chops.
- Right before cooking dust the porkchops in flour and shake off any excess.
- Heat your cook top over medium high heat. Starting at 1tb each of butter and oil add in onions. Grill for 10 minutes till onions start to get color and tender. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Remove or move onions to the side.
- Add more butter and oil to the pan. Add in pork chops. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side according to thickness. Add more butter and oil when you flip the chops. Remove from the pan once golden brown.
- Remove pork chops and top with the buttery grilled onions.
