Ingrediens;
1 pound pork or chicken – I used pork
1 medium onion
1 bunch of green onions – separate the whites and greens
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
Bagged Asian Salad Mix (salad only, set dressing and wonton/almond strips aside for toppings
Your favorite Asian sauce (I used Bachmans)
Siracha mayonnaise mixed with water for a bru consistency
ginger vinaigrette to accompany salad
Recipe :
– Heat the grill to height and add a layer of avacado oil and distribute it evenly on the grill.
– Add the pork, onion and whites of the geeen onion. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the onions become translucent and the pork is brown. Season with salt and pepper.
– Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, green onions, salad mix and carrots.
– Cook until the pork is cooked through and the lettuce/carrots are soft.
– Transfer to the bowl.
– Add your favorite toppings (Asian sauces, siracha mayonnaise, wonton strips).
– ENJOY
