Blackstone Garlic Sriracha Chicken Ramen is a stir fry noodle recipe for the griddle or flat top grill, so easy and best way to enjoy ramen!

INGREDIENTS
- 3 packages Ramen noodles (any flavor)
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 onion diced
- kosher salt, pepper
- 7 to 9 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, or stir fry sauce
- 1/4 cup sriracha (plus more to drizzle over top if desired)
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 bunch green onions cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
- Optional: sesame seeds, yum yum sauce
INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the Ramen noodles according to package directions (do not use the flavor packet), drain and rinse very well with cold water.

Preheat your griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice along with the chicken, onion, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the garlic, the cooked noodles, soy sauce, teriyaki or hoisin sauce, sriracha, and butter.

Cook it all together on the griddle for about 4 to 5 minutes, pressing the noodles with your hibachi spatulas so they become a little crisp. Add the green onions and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve with sesame seeds and/or yum yum sauce, plus more sriracha if desired.
