Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Crusted Shrimp is an easy recipe for the griddle or flat top grill, also keto friendly and low carb!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried herbs of choice (I used fresh thyme and dill)
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- cooking oil of choice
- Optional: remoulade sauce or seafood sauce for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS

Pat the shrimp dry very well with paper towels and put them in a bowl.

Add the melted butter, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, fresh or dried herbs, and Old Bay seasoning. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

Preheat the griddle to medium heat for several minutes. Once hot, add some cooking oil of choice and place the shrimp in a single layer on the griddle.

Cook the shrimp about 5 minutes total, flipping halfway through.

Serve with remoulade sauce or seafood sauce if desired.
