Ingredients
- 1 can Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 Tbsp Butter
Instructions

Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat (approximately 350 degrees F). Watch the grill carefully and make sure that it does not get too hot or the cinnamon rolls will burn.

Then place the butter on the grill and spread it around with the spatula.

Open the cinnamon rolls and place each one directly on the heated grill making sure to leave plenty of space in between each one.

Spray a piece of parchment with non stick cooking spray. Then place the piece of parchment paper on top of the a cinnamon roll and use your spatula to press down to smash the cinnamon roll. Continue this process until all of the cinnamon rolls have been smashed.

Cover with the griddle cover and cook on this side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Then flip, cover with the griddle cover and cook on the opposite side for 1-2 minutes until also golden brown. Watch the cinnamon rolls closely to make sure that they do not burn and if they are getting too brown move them to a cooler side of the grill so that they can finish cooking but do not burn.

Remove from the griddle to a plate. Top with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls and enjoy!

*Cooking times will vary based on the griddle temperature and thickness of the cinnamon rolls so watch the cinnamon rolls closely while they cook.
*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
