Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into spears or cubes
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- Olive oil, for the griddle
Steps
- Heat your griddle to medium-high heat and coat evenly with a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil.
- Put pineapple spears (or cubes) into a large bowl and cover with cinnamon. Stir to coat evenly.
- Place pineapple on griddle and rotate every 2 minutes until lightly browned and slightly caramelized on all sides.
- Serve while still warm.
